Job Title: Account / Onboarding Manager

🌐 About the Company:

We are urgently recruiting an ACCOUNT / ONBOARDING MANAGER for one of our clients - a well established and fully licensed Global Payment Service Provider with the focus on the E-commerce businesses. Their key products are merchant accounts, payment gateway with a wide range of features for payment orchestration, global and local payment methods (like Visa, Mastercard, Open Banking, E-wallets and similar), Recurring payments for subscription based businesses and much more.

Company is on a market for more than 6 years already and has an international team working from the UK and Latvian offices. Currently they are looking for a new Account and Onboarding manager to join their team in the Latvian office.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Assist clients at all stages of cooperation (onboarding, integration, live)

• Ensure clients are compliant

• Prepare accurate and detailed packages of documents for timely submission

• Maintain and update an up-to-date client database

• Engage in professional B2B communication with clients

• Resolve client issues and address complaints promptly and professionally to build trust

• Collaborate effectively with other departments within the company to achieve common goals

🎓 Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience specifically in the fintech or e-commerce (B2B business model)

• Priority is given to candidates with experience with high-risk clients

• Proficiency in both English and Russian is required. Knowledge of Latvian is a plus.

• Strong capabilities to work in a team environment and independently

• Good cooperation and communication skills, the ability to persuade and express your opinion

• A positive, determined attitude and good problem-solving skills

• Experience in using CRM systems
