🔍 Job Description:

  • Key Account Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key institutional clients, overseeing their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

  • Client Retention and Growth: Strategically manage existing accounts, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling lending products, and execute plans to maximize client retention and revenue growth.

  • New Business Development: Identify and engage with potential institutional partners, presenting the company's lending solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to onboard new key accounts.

  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Product Development to address client needs, resolve issues, and implement customized solutions.

  • Market Insights and Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to provide insights for refining product offerings and developing targeted account management strategies.

🎓 Requirements:

  • Proven experience in key account management or business development within the financial services industry, preferably in P2P lending or related fields.

  • Strong understanding of lending products, financial markets, and client relationship management.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
