Our Process
Born inside fintech, not outside it
At the end of 2023, none of us were planning to start a company. We each had ten-plus years inside fintech, and that meant we understood the industry, had strong personal networks, and had already earned some credibility in the market. Then one of us got a phone call: a friend was looking for a good CCO in Lithuania and struggling to find one. That wasn't unusual.
After years in this industry you become a connector, people ask, you make introductions, and normally that's where it ends. This time, instead of treating it as a favour, we said we knew good candidates, but if it led to a hire, it should come with proper compensation. The company agreed. We sent candidates, they interviewed, they hired one, and we got paid.
That one placement turned into a company. Since then, we've been growing and helping financial companies obtain licences and grow their businesses. We're now a team of 16, based across two offices in Vilnius and Riga, with full-time and part-time colleagues working remotely across Europe to cover different time zones and markets.

Ownership
If a candidate we place doesn't pass probation, we find you a replacement — the search isn't finished when the offer is signed, it's finished when the hire works out.
Transparent communication
If your salary expectations are off the market, or a role is genuinely hard to fill right now, we tell you in the first conversation, not eight weeks into the search.
Speed & experimentation
We don't stick with a sourcing method just because it worked before. We test new tools and approaches, keep what improves the search, and drop what doesn't — the ways of finding good people don't stand still, so neither do we.
Performance
We flag a blocker the week it appears, not the week you ask why the search has stalled — and we won't send you a candidate just to show activity when nobody actually fits.
